2020 is almost here! This is the perfect time to reflect on 2019 and prepare the upcoming year. Please join your OPRN colleagues for a discussion around how we all evaluate prospect research/management success and what we can do to set realistic goals for the future. Come ready to share how (or if) your shop defines, tracks and measures prospect research/prospect management work and what you are doing to manage the expectations for fundraisers, and leadership. Additionally, feel free to share any wins from 2019 with the group, along with any challenges you’re hoping to tackle in 2020.
