As prospect development teams take on more and more, it becomes easy to lose sight of what we really exist to do—and hard to say no to the work that doesn’t quite fit. In this session, we’ll explore practical ways to define your purpose, clarify your scope, refine your activities, and reset expectations with your partners. Bring your questions and thoughts for the second half of the session, which will feature an interactive discussion on applying the frameworks from the first half. You’ll come away with fresh ideas, useful tools, and plenty to bring back to your team.
